All of our teacher trainers have either an M.A. or certification in TEFL and extensive practical teaching experience in a variety of contexts. Most importantly, BridgeTEFL trainers are passionate about what they do and consistently strive to serve the diverse needs of their EFL students and TEFL trainees. |

| Denise Kray
Denise is a 1995 graduate of the Education program at the University of Alberta, Canada. After college, she spent a year in Japan teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to students of all levels. Upon returning to the U.S., Denise received her Colorado teacher credential.

| In 1997, Denise came to Bridge-Linguatec where she has taught ESL (English as a Second Language) classes, including test preparation, grammar, reading, listening, and speaking. Since 2003, she has been the head
TEFL trainer in our BridgeTEFL program in Denver, in which she has trained teachers from around the world. She has also assisted in curriculum development for both ESL classes and BridgeTEFL. |
| Laura Greenwood
Laura has a B.A. in English and History from the University of North Carolina and an M.Ed TESOL from Grand Canyon University. She spent her teaching career in the public school sector where her responsibilities included: teaching, writing curriculum, district-wide testing, and English Department Coordinator for Hunterdon County Polytech High School. |
Laura moved to Denver in 2000, became certified to teach English at BridgeTEFL, and spent 2005 teaching EFL in Santiago, Chile. She joined Bridge in 2007 and is currently a CELTA and IDELT Trainer. Laura, in addition to training up hundreds of EFL teachers every year, also trains up new IDELT Trainers at other BridgeTEFL Authorized Training Centers worldwide. When at home and not traveling for work, she mentors at-risk youth, works with a local philanthropic organization, and conducts seminars for ESL volunteer teachers in her community. |
| Joshua Yardley
After earning his Bachelor’s in Journalism at Northern Illinois University in 2005, Joshua moved to Germany and began his English teaching career. There he worked as a freelance instructor, eventually becoming supervisor of instruction at a private language school. |
| He returned to Chicago in 2009, where he became supervisor of instruction for another private language school. In 2010, Josh earned his M.A. TESL degree at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. While attending graduate school, he volunteered as a literacy tutor for refugees in St. Louis and taught as a visiting English instructor at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Cuernavaca, Mexico. In addition to becoming a teacher trainer at Bridge, Josh also volunteers as a research assistant for a language preservation project in Nepal. |

Susan Weymouth
Susan’s education and professional experience includes
a B.A. from the University of California, teaching credentials
for secondary English and literacy instruction, and a
M.A.T. in TESOL from the University of Northern Colorado. |
| Susan has many years of teaching experience in public and private schools, and has focused on developing English language acquisition programs for adults in vocational settings. Currently, Susan balances teacher training, curriculum and materials development, and EFL teaching at our Denver, Colorado location. Susan also became a CELTA trainer at Bridge in 2009. |
| Karina Zew
Karina lived most of her childhood in the US, but moved to Argentina as a teenager. She has a Master's in Psychology and has been involved for many years in the field of education. She started teaching Business English in companies nearly 20 years ago, and during that time she also taught general English to children, adolescents and adults. |

Karina has also been a speaker at conferences regarding teaching English as a Foreign Language. She started with Bridge-Linguatec as a teacher and is now a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) trainer in our Buenos Aires center. |

Vera Bradford
Vera Bradford earned her MA in Brazilian Literature and also her MBA in Management. She has over 20 years of experience in teaching, academic supervision, and teacher training. She has served as the president of BRAZ-TESOL and currently directs its Rio Chapter. |
| Vera is an IELTS certified examiner and a presenter at many national and international TESOL events. Vera has been working for BridgeTEFL as a TEFL trainer in Brazil since 2005. |
| Christine Ng
Christine is from Singapore and majored in Linguistics and Psychology at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. After graduating, she received her TESOL certification and has been teaching ESL ever since. |
| Christine relocated to Santiago, Chile in November 2008. She joined Bridge as an English teacher in January 2009 and later became a TEFL trainer in June of the same year. |
