It also makes it easier to navigate daily life as a TEFL trainee or English teacher abroad. So as an added benefit to your TEFL training course, some locations offer language and cultural programs to help you adjust to your new destination and experience the people, customs, and local attractions on a deeper level.
Language and cultural classes are included in your TEFL course in the following locations:
Argentina—Two weeks of intensive group Spanish classes plus cultural excursions prior to your 4-week TEFL training course (or one week of classes prior to your 2-week Accelerated TEFL course).
Brazil— Two weeks of intensive group Portuguese classes plus cultural excursions prior to your 4-week TEFL training course (or one week of classes prior to your 2-week Accelerated TEFL course).
Cambodia— Thirty hours of local Khmer language and cultural awareness training, incorporated into your TEFL training course.
Chile— Two weeks of intensive group Spanish classes plus cultural excursions prior to your 4-week TEFL training course (or one week of classes prior to your 2-week Accelerated TEFL course).
Thailand—Twenty hours of Thai language and culture classes, incorporated into your TEFL training course.
Vietnam—Twenty hours of Vietnamese language and culture classes, incorporated into your TEFL training course.
