CELTA Training Center
The CELTA training center is located in the heart of the cosmopolitan area of Sea Point just off the main road, a stone’s throw away from the very fashionable sea front promenade. IH Cape Town is a 5-minute drive away from the world-renowned V&A Waterfront, 8 minutes from the city centre and a 5-minute drive from the most beautiful and popular beaches of Cape Town; Clifton and Camps Bay Beach.
Located in the midst of shops, restaurants, banks, bars and cafés, our CELTA trainees always have plenty to see and do.
The two storey building has 12 air-conditioned classrooms, a computer lounge, business centre, outside terrace entertainment area and free wi-fi internet access throughout.
CELTA trainees can spend free time relaxing, soaking up the sun at the near-by public pool where both sea water pools and fresh water pools can be enjoyed, browse through an array of shops, boutiques and antique stores, meet friends at the trendy restaurants or even for a romantic/fun-filled dinner at the local Italian, Greek or sea food restaurants. Take a stroll along the buzzing promenade where you can watch the waves tumbling in and relax on the lush grassy areas.
There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. Almost everything in town is located within walking distance, and public transportation is cheap and readily available.

Cape Town is most well known for the famous Table Mountain, which towers above the city and from where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city. It is not for nothing that Cape Town is considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It has an interesting mixture of architectural styles reflecting the cultures & traditions of the many people who have contributed to the city’s development.
