Experts in teaching English as a foreign language
Program AdvisorAnna Williams
Anna grew up just outside of Denver, Colorado and graduated from the University of Denver with degrees in Ecology and Spanish and a minor in Sustainability. Anna spent half a year studying the ecology of Ecuador and immersing herself into the language and culture of the Andean region. Her favorite part of living abroad in South America was seeing how different cultures relate to nature and how those interactions shape a unique way of life. Anna believes that experiences abroad lead to a great deal of personal growth and knowledge. Through her own experience in Ecuador, she became fluent in Spanish and enjoys any opportunity she gets to use her second language to meet new people. Now, as a Program Advisor at Bridge, she loves the chance to help others have the same type of transformative experience abroad that she did!
Marketing Coordinator Karyssa Cox
Karyssa is from Morrison, Colorado and graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a BA in International Affairs and a minor in French. After graduating college, she spent some time traveling in France, where she volunteered in a small town near Bordeaux, attended language school in Montpellier, and briefly lived on a boat in Colmar, Alsace. In her free time she enjoys the many things Colorado has to offer, from the incredible outdoor adventures to the fantastic cultural scene. She’s always on the lookout for her next international adventure!
Division ManagerKimberly Bird
Kimberly is from Salt Lake City, Utah, and graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor’s degree in English literature. While in school, she decided to take a few semesters off and volunteered as an English teacher in China, Russia, and Ukraine. After she finished her degree, she and her husband went on an adventure for 18 months: they traveled throughout the Balkans, spent a summer in Budapest, Hungary, and 9 months in Tallinn, Estonia. Of all the places she’s visited, Budapest is her favorite city—the food there is amazing and the city is beautiful!
